• Determines purpose of call by actively listening and interacting with callers. • Assesses client’s needs and researches pertinent EAP/Worklife services. • Recognizes crisis situations and evaluates needed action. • Enters member information into the EAP system and documents thoroughly. • Schedules appointments and assists with inquiries related to life skills. • Makes outbound calls to assist with securing member resources. • Provides administrative support, follow-up calls, and other duties as assigned. • Compliance with Policies and Regulatory Standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in call center environment. • Experienced in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support. • Technical Requirement for personal residential internet service. • Select a minimum of 25mbps/3mbps internet speed.
