• As a Growth Marketing Associate, focus on user acquisition, conversion, and onboarding • Develop and implement Community lead generation strategies • Lead the development and execution of lead generation campaigns across all channels • Collect, manage, and analyze marketing data to continuously optimize campaigns • Identify new growth opportunities and expand reach • Work closely with Operations team and develop targeted communication strategies • Manage multiple projects and deadlines • Demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree • 5 years of experience in lead generation, content creation, social media marketing • Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of direct recruitment strategies and tactics • Knowledge of the luxury industry and its key players • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools • Effective communication and relationship-building skills • Experience working with CRM Marketing tools (HubSpot), design tools (Canva), AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Bard) • Bilingual in English and Japanese
