Description

• Recruit, train and certify a sufficient and adequate number of active Evaluators for the missions • Retains and create long term relation with Evaluators by ensuring the Evaluators have the best User Experience • Be responsible of the timely assignment and execution of fieldwork • Ensure the quality of the field surveys, their timely collection and electronic submission • Coordinate with and report project status to the Operations Manager • Be professional under any circumstances when representing the Company.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (English and/or Italian is a plus) • Excellent organizing skills to make sure the tasks are accomplished on time • Positive personality • Microsoft Office skills • At least 1-2 years of Editing experience is a plus
