• 15+ years of experience in content and brand marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. • A Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Demonstrated success in scaling content and brand initiatives in high-growth enterprise environments, ideally B2B SaaS. • Strong expertise in brand management, including experience with brand positioning, messaging, and identity development. • Mastery at storytelling, content strategy, and best practices across marketing channels. • Strong background in graphic design and visual branding, video content and copy writing. • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI tools to enable scalability of the team. Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo, ideal. • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance results. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
