• Responsible for writing and editing documentation for cyber security offerings • Requires concise, evidential, and informative writing style • Must research and understand CyberClan service offerings • Create and edit high-quality reports based on investigative notes • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project completion • Organize and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines • Stay current on industry news and maintain reference materials • Perform checks for questionable details and make process improvement recommendations
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Advertising required • Creative writing certification preferred • Minimum of 2 years of professional Technical Writing experience required • Experience in the information technology industry preferred • Demonstrated effective writing skills required • Ability to create materials in a range of styles or as per prescribed style • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Able to take constructive criticism • Knowledge of Macintosh and/or PC computers required • Superb writing, content development and editing skills • Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation for various global English iterations • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times • Highly effective teamwork skills • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and Adobe Products • Ability to adapt to and learn new software quickly • Attention to detail in all areas of work • Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts
