Description

• Responsible for leading and implementing the Institute’s storytelling and communication strategy • Manage a global community to highlight the human impact of cyberattacks and disinformation • Engage and inspire a global audience through relatable, emotional stories • Tell stories of the Beyond 125 action plan • Increase digital resilience and prevent harm in cyberspace • Deliver and ensure quality control of the Institute’s communication products • Ensure alignment with the Institute’s culture, values, and beliefs • Craft compelling narratives across various platforms • Create fundraising opportunities in cooperation with Strategy, Fundraising & Partnerships team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, digital marketing, journalism, media, storytelling, community management & engagement, or related field • Studies in relevant field • Strong ability to coordinate projects and tasks of a team • Creativity in playing with words, images, and interactive experience • Capacity to co-create content in a crowdsourced manner • Hands-on in designing, publishing and assessing the performance of publication on your own • Master design suites or software • Hands-on expertise of using LLM and GenAI • Web design and web development skills • Strong community creation, engagement and management skills • Flexible and able to adapt to learn technical skills independently • Work at a fast pace in an environment with a diverse skill set and background • Knowledge in the cybersecurity and emerging technology field is an asset • Fluency in English, spoken and written. • Knowledge of French is an asset • Demonstrated commitment to work in NGOs - not for profit sector
