• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Identify and resolve blockers to maintain workflow efficiency. • Guide teams in Agile principles and practices. • Foster strong relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders. • Track team performance metrics to improve delivery cycles. • Encourage transparency and a positive working environment. • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and recommend Agile frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role. • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks. • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with a servant leadership mindset. • Proven ability to resolve conflicts, drive solutions, and handle competing priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
