• Work as a part of the Growth Team • Close B2B sales for bulk orders of consumer products. • Connect with prospective customers via phone calls and emails. • Manage the entire sales funnel from first contact to closing of the sale. • Liaise with internal procurement teams to fulfil customer demand. • Align systems, shape the process flow, and scale revenue.
• 5-8 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B ecommerce environment. • Strong commercial awareness, good organisational skills, critical, analytical and maths skills. • Basic IT skills for handling Excel, purchase and inventory software. • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills. • Project management skills and willing to take full ownership of driving the process. • Solution-oriented with the ability to think clearly, logically and laterally.
