Description

• As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping the voice of Cycloid and driving the strategy behind our content efforts. • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Cycloid’s mission of promoting platform engineering and Green IT solutions. • Craft engaging and informative blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more to educate and inspire our audience. • Oversee Cycloid’s social media channels, creating and curating content that reflects our brand and engages our community. • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. • Partner with our marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to create content that resonates with diverse stakeholders. • Own the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality material across our platforms. • Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to continuously improve engagement. • Maintain and evolve Cycloid's tone and voice to reflect our commitment to platform engineering, innovation, and sustainability.

Requirements

• Passion for Sustainability & Tech: A strong interest in sustainable practices and platform engineering. • Content Wizardry: Proven experience of 5+ years in creating and managing Tech for Tech content across various formats (blog, web, social media, etc.). • Social Media & content syndication Savvy: Experience managing social media channels and campaigns, with a proven ability to engage and grow an audience. • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working cross-functionally with engineers, marketers, and designers. • Autonomy & Initiative: Self-driven, organized, and able to manage your workload with a high degree of flexibility. • Flexibility Advocate: You understand the importance of work-life balance and bring a flexible mindset to everything you do.
