• Cyderes (Cyber Defense and Response) is a pure-play, full life-cycle cybersecurity services provider. • Responsible for supporting the implementation of service offerings to top-tier customers. • Tasks include tracking deliverables and delivering commercial onboarding services. • Involves alignment and delivery of CYDERES Cyber Cloud Native Analytics Platform (CNAP). • Requires project leadership, coordination with marketing plans, and engagement of technical content alignment. • Looking for detail-oriented candidates who handle multiple demands effectively. • Must possess a customer-first attitude and interact with stakeholders comfortably.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Network / Computer Security Experience • Intermediate level of networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience. • Experience with monitoring and investigating various telemetry (log) output • Ability to work amicably with clients (both internal and external) • Basic level understanding of development practices and languages • Strong communication skills • Experience in security operations within the context of customer-facing roles. • Experience working with Big Data technologies and distributed programming inclusive of developing security tools, automation, or frameworks. • Experience with writing threat detection rules/parsers and working with Sentinel. • Understanding of network protocols, secure network design, network monitoring tools, Operating System (OS) internals, and hardening. • Understanding of command-line-interface, intrusion detection, incident response, and forensics. • Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and common SaaS applications (e.g. Office 365, Okta, Salesforce, SharePoint) • Experience in managing customer projects to completion and working with cross-functional teams.
