📋 Description

• Come join the company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data. • The leading data security platform purpose-built for the cloud era, Cyera’s mission is to reinvent how businesses secure data. • The enablement organization is seeking a Program Manager to support the rapid growth of our Customer Success organization. • This role will assist with the management, planning, execution, and operationalization of core sales enablement content and programs. • A successful Program Manager will scale and improve programs as well as support new programs from conception to adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development • A strong understanding of Enterprise sales, including developing sales content, tools, and training from the ground up • A thorough understanding of delivering sales training leveraging modern selling methodologies, Force management is highly desirable • Experience with content management and learning management systems, ideally in an Enterprise first selling motion • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work with ambiguity in an unstructured, high growth and fast-paced environment
