Description

• We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing Growth Marketing team. • This role will have an emphasis on managing our sales and marketing events, ranging from regional in-person and digital events to national trade shows. • In addition to events management, this role will also be skilled in digital promotions, helping to distribute, cross-promote, and share content across various channels. • You will be a key collaborator with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution. • This will be a 3 month contract that may be extended. • We are a young but growing company with a huge opportunity to make an impact and improve the lives of the over 70M Americans who suffer from a chronic digestive condition. • You will be the fourth marketing hire of a growing commercial team with the ability to build and create successful marketing programs that drive the growth of a mission-driven company. • You’ll be able to directly see how the work you do impacts the growth of our company, all while making a positive impact on our members' lives.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience and proven ability in a marketing role (health tech preferred), with a strong focus on both in-person and digital events • Proficiency in sales and marketing tools ranging from automation platforms such as Pardot/Hubspot, CRM (Salesforce), etc. • Experience managing and reporting key insights from corporate social media accounts • Experience contributing to key metrics including MQL generation, pipeline generation, etc. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills • A curious, self-motivated team player with a sense of urgency and excitement to grow and learn • Creativity in developing engaging event concepts and experiences. • Bonus points if you: • Have prior start-up and/or SaaS experience • Have experience working within the health and wellness space • Understand the health benefits and/or broker landscape
