• Are you a highly motivated individual with successful federal government sales experience who is excited about developing your own sales strategies and targets? • CyraCom is looking for a Language Access Consultant to join our skilled sales team and help us reach our revenue goals by prospecting, developing, and actively closing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and becoming part of our diverse and inclusive culture. • This role would focus on selling CyraCom’s interpretation and translation services to federal government agencies. • What you’ll do: Sell CyraCom’s interpretation and translation services to a variety of clients and industries, with a focus on sales to federal government agencies. • Learn about CyraCom’s services and brainstorm solutions for our prospects’ unique challenges. • Lead Zoom presentations or in-person meetings to sell our services. • Work with sales management to identify, qualify, develop, secure, and manage prospects and lead targets. • Coordinate with marketing to produce email campaigns, social campaigns, and other outreach. • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Have two-to-four years of consultative selling experience • BS or BA, preferably with a business major; or equivalent industry experience • Willingness to travel to prospect/client meetings, marketing events, and conferences/trade shows • Successful record of selling to federal agencies • A team player who is driven to work hard and deliver tangible results • Nice-to-have experience: Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms • Experience leading presentations for small to mid-size groups • Success executing lead generation through phone, email, and social media outreach • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
