• D2L is a cloud company modernizing education. • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Application Administrator. • This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting and optimizing business applications. • You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. • Deliver high-quality solutions that support our business needs.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Dayforce, Jira, or similar platforms. • Technical Skills: • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration. • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) is a plus. • Experience with integration tools like Boomi, Azure Functions, or Data Factory is desirable but not required. • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
