📋 Description
• Monitor the firm’s daily trading activities and provide trading support to a mix of discretionary portfolio managers and quantitative systematic investment strategies. • Manage the daily trade workflow and reconsolidation process. • Lead the trade break resolution process with Brokers, Custodians, and Fund Administrators. • Onboard and setup new Separate Accounts clients in the Portfolio Management and Order Management Systems. • Work with external trading partners to setup data feeds and work with our Capital Markets team to implement monitoring of these feeds. • Organize and lead the monthly NAV review approval process. • Design and maintain portfolio reports for senior management. • Work with our Decision Support team to design & build custom trading analytics/tools. • Work with our Capital Markets team to design & build trading infrastructure software components. • Prepare regulatory filings (Form 13F, Form PF, etc.).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Finance and 3-4 years of relevant experience. • Previous experience working with equity investments in a trading capacity is required. • Previous experience with Order Management System, Execution Management Systems, and Portfolio Management Systems (Advent Geneva, APX, etc.) is required. • Expert skill in writing SQL queries to gather, clean, and analyze trading data is required. • Familiarity with a programming language such as Python, C, and R is a plus. • Familiarity with FIX protocol is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment is essential.
