Requirements
Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken • Proficient in English (B2) • Good understanding of IT systems and applications • Experience in customer service or IT support is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs
