Requirements
• Fluent in Danish and English (both written and verbal). • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. • Comfortable with technology and proficient in using computers and applications. • Strong communication skills: able to listen attentively and convey information clearly. • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
