• We are seeking a Danish-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. • Deliver technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams as needed • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering clear, timely assistance
• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) • Proficiency in English • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities • Ability to communicate technical information effectively • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus
