Requirements

• Responsibilities: • 1. Generate Sales Leads: • - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies in need of staffing. • - Utilize networking, cold calling, and referrals to build a pipeline of potential clients. • 2. Manage Client Relationships: • - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. • 3. Promote Services: • - Inform potential clients about the benefits and unique value propositions of DailyStaffWorks' recruitment solutions. • - Effectively communicate the company’s services, including temporary staffing, permanent placements, and other offerings. • 4. Achieve Sales Targets: • - Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. • - Monitor sales performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals. • 5. Conduct Market Research: • - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions relevant to recruitment and staffing. • - Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and improvements. • 6. Develop Proposals: • - Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. • - Negotiate terms and conditions to effectively close sales deals. • 7. Collaborate with Internal Teams: • - Coordinate with recruitment managers, sales managers, and operations teams to ensure seamless service. • - Provide client feedback to improve service offerings and operational processes. • 8. Reporting: • - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software. • - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review. • Daily Tasks: • - Conduct prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads. • - Schedule and hold meetings with potential clients to pitch services. • - Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries. • - Update CRM system with client interactions and progress. • - Prepare and send proposals and quotes. • - Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner. • - Monitor competitor activities and market changes. • - Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships. • - Review and analyze sales performance against goals. • - Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Benefits

• Commission Structure for Recruitment Fees: • First Placement: 10% of total recruitment fees for each successful placement with a new client. • Follow-up Placements: 5% of total recruitment fees for each additional placement with the same client. • Bonus structure: • New Clients Bonus: AED 2.058 €500 $560 for every 10 new clients signed per month. • Additional Bonus: AED 1030 €250 $280 for every additional set of 5 new clients beyond the initial 10 in a month. • Quartarly bonus: The top-performing sales leader in the entire community will receive a material product bonus valued at AED 4.115 €1,000 $1.120 Start Q4 2024 • Yearly bonus: The top 3 performing sales leader in the entire community will receive a bonus. • AED 41.150 €10.000,- $11203 • AED 20.575 €5.000,- $5601 • AED 10.287 €2.500,- $2800 • Targets: • 12 new clients per month.
