In this role, you will be supporting one of their main accounts: a big global streaming service! • What will you do? As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the contact person for Norwegian speaking customers who need technical support for various products. You will answer questions via phone, chat and email, helping customers with issues like installation problems and account settings. Your technical knowledge and customer-centric approach will make sure every problem is solved fast and efficient. • Does this sound like your next adventure? Requirements

• You are willing to temporarily move to Greece (at the company’s expense) • You speak Norwegian fluently • You are a natural problem solver and enjoy multitasking • You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
