Description
• Lead user needs and design specifications for new product initiatives • Champion early-stage product development by developing business cases • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through market research • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in product lines and target markets • Partner with cross-functional teams for product development and launch • Collaborate with Commercial Product Management for product lifecycle decisions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology or similar discipline • Minimum of 4 or more years of professional experience in Product Management / Marketing • Practiced experience with toll gates and product development process for life sciences • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Deep understanding of customer needs
