• Be part of a highly motivated team as the first point of contact in Northern Europe for all technical inquiries related to the Bioprocess portfolio. • Lead technical discussions with customers and troubleshoot technical/application issues on the full Cytiva Bioprocess product portfolio. • Work desk based with occasional customer visits. • Depending on your skills and experiences become a champion within your expertise.
• Master / bachelor’s in engineering or science. • Experience in Biotechnology related hardware and software. • Good at building trust with customers and peers by coordinating and presenting solutions to customers, considering insights from other internal teams. • Positive attitude and ability to embrace change. • Fluency in Swedish and English both written & oral communication. • Technical sales experience (field or desk based) is a plus. • Fluency in two or more European languages is a plus.
