Lead Engineer - IT Global Infrastructure, Network & Voice

Description
• Engineer, deploy, and support global network and voice services. • Configure and deploy new network hardware into the existing global Cytiva network. • Support wired and wireless LAN environments at sites in multiple EMEA countries. • Monitor IT ticket queues and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests. • Implement Palo Alto firewall policies based on approved change requests. • Utilize network monitoring tools and respond promptly and appropriately to alerts. • Participate in an on-call support rotation.
Requirements
• Proficient in planning, deployment, and support of Cisco SD-WAN services or similar vendors. • 6+ years IP network engineering and technical support. • Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting BGP Routing Protocol. • Demonstratable knowledge and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless LAN infrastructure. • Experience with deployment and support of Palo Alto firewalls. • Previous experience in AWS, Azure, and OCI Cloud Environments is a plus. • Cisco Identity Services Engine experience is a plus.
