• Sales responsibility and achievement of sales targets • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with customers and partnering with Account Managers • Collaborate with Field Application Specialists to provide in-depth workflow and technical customer support when appropriate • Develop and engage new workflow opportunities within assigned territories by actively prospecting, driving and developing specification opportunities • Through critical insight on Genomic Medicine customer processes, drive and support the team to formulate strategies to develop and implement solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expand business by gaining market share in existing and new accounts

Requirements

• University Degree in Biotechnology, Life sciences or relevant field • Proven track record in sales, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding targets • Several years of commercial experience must be from Biotechnology industry • Sales technique including cross selling, upselling, value positions, workflow selling and funnel management • Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits • Fluently German and English language skills
