• Spearhead development, embedding, automation and operation of scalable AI Applications. • Drive best practices in code quality, documentation and software development lifecycle. • Ensure technical quality and reliability of AI solutions through rigorous testing, validation, and implementing frameworks for scalable data ingestion. • Optimize AI Application performance and efficiency through feature engineering. • Collaborate across teams to drive AI innovation, while expanding your expertise within an experienced, inclusive, and international team.
🎯 Requirements
• BSc or MSc in a field related to Software Development (or equivalent, proven experience). • Multiple years of industry experience. • Proficient in Python, software development and application of AI models. • Highly-skilled in realizing the full potential of LLM-based AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI). • Experience with GitLab, PyCharm, SQL, MLflow, Airflow, AWS, data structures, data platforms and data integration. • It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Commercial awareness and understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with CDPs, MDM and data and software security concepts.
