Description

• Provide commercial contract support to the Commercial Sales team • Analyze contract compliance against purchase commitments • Provide training, insights, reports, and make recommendations to cross-functional teams • Remediate noncompliant accounts by working with cross functional departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related work experience OR Master’s degree with 1+ years related work experience OR Associate's / High School / GED Equivalent with 3+ years related work experience • Hands-on contract compliance or contracting experience • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience in healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus • Salesforce.com and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is a plus • Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys is a plus
