📋 Description

• Responsible for building, training and deploying GenAI molecular design models that drive significant impact to the organization. • Collaborate with subject matter experts at operating companies to understand business needs and conceptualize AI solutions. • Identify, evaluate, select, connect and deploy GenAI suites and tools. • Oversee data acquisition, preprocessing, and exploration for quality data availability. • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, fostering continuous learning. • Provide mentorship and guidance to Data Scientists within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Computational Biology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Applied Math, or a similar quantitative discipline. • 7+ years of industry experience in data science, AI, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field. • Proven experience in prototyping, building, and deploying AI systems. • Proficiency in Python programming and machine learning frameworks. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Previous experience in working within the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industries is a plus. • Familiarity with Danaher operating companies and their focus areas is a plus. • Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences and journals is a plus.
