• CoW DAO is on a mission to protect Ethereum users from the dangers of DeFi • CoW Protocol is the second-largest DEX aggregator by monthly volume • As a member of CoW DAO’s core team, you will have the opportunity to shape these essential products • You’ll lead the charge in finding and placing top-tier talent for CoW Protocol • Own the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring smooth and efficient experiences for candidates and stakeholders • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding recruitment support • Build strong pipelines by tapping into platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, GitHub, and other Web3 networks • Create a professional, positive, and engaging journey for every candidate • Use hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement and continuously enhance the recruitment process • Keep up with industry developments and adapt strategies to stay competitive in the Web3 space
Requirements
• Proven Recruitment Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 2+ years in Web3, crypto • Strong Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of technical roles and how to find the right talent for them • Exceptional Relationship Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with stakeholders and candidates alike • Detail-Oriented: You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for keeping everything organized • Tools: Experience with different ATS tools (Ashby is a big plus), Slack, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter, or any other sourcing or recruitment tools is welcome • Global Hiring Experience: You’ve recruited talent across borders and time zones • Sourcing: You know how to find and retain candidates using creative crypto-specific sourcing methods—not just relying on LinkedIn • Communication: Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills
