Description
• Help online data practitioners discover the value of Databricks by answering technical questions. • Provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely responses to questions and comments. • Be customer-obsessed and encourage peer-to-peer learning. • Ensure questions are addressed professionally, increasing member satisfaction and retention. • Develop partnerships with internal and external SMEs and contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles. • Coach team members and strengthen cloud platform expertise.
Requirements
• Broad Databricks understanding including Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning. • Deep Spark and Delta understanding. • Experience with Medallion Architecture. • Familiarity with open source tools: Unity Catalog, MLflow, Icebern, Hudi. • Deep understanding of either AWS or Azure data services with relevant experience in the other platform, familiarity with GCP. • Ability to research within complex information landscapes. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in low-resourced environments. • Familiarity with community platforms such as Khoros, Vanilla, Discourse (preferred). • Past experience as a moderator or administrator of an online community (preferred).
