Description

• This role requires fluent-proficiency in English and Spanish. • Guide customers in building big data solutions on Databricks. • Provide technical leadership on big data projects, including architecture and deployment. • Architect production-level data pipelines and optimize performance. • Serve as a technical expert in data lake and streaming technologies. • Assist with advanced technical sales aspects and provide customer training. • Contribute to the Databricks Community.

Requirements

• Fluent-proficiency in English and Portuguese/Spanish. • 5+ years experience in a technical role. • Extensive experience building big data pipelines. • Experience maintaining complex data systems. • Deep Specialty Expertise in one or more areas. • Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experience. • Production programming experience in SQL and Python, Scala, or Java. • 2 years professional experience with Big Data technologies. • 2 years customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role. • Can meet training expectations within 6 months of hire. • Can travel up to 30% when needed.
