• Du planst, steuerst und kontrollierst eigenständig Projekte und Programme im Bereich des Energiehandels und stellst deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher. • Du leitest Projekte sowohl wirtschaftlich als auch fachlich, sorgst für effiziente Ressourcennutzung, achtest auf die Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben und förderst die Zusammenarbeit im Team. • Du stimmst Kundenbedürfnisse ab und förderst ihre Zufriedenheit durch klare Kommunikation. • Du berätst Kunden strategisch und unterstützt sie dabei, zukunftsorientierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
🎯 Requirements
• min. 6 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement (klassisch & agil) • umfangreiche Methodenkenntnisse mit, um Projekte effizient zu steuern • fundierte Branchenkenntnisse, sehr gute Kenntnisse im Strom- oder Gashandel, energiewirtschaftlichen Prozessen sowie in relevanten IT-Systemen • proaktive Kommunikation • starke Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten • selbstorganisiert sowie eigeninitiativ • unternehmerisches Denken • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung von Projektteams • gezieltes Chancen- und Risikomanagement • gültige Zertifizierungen in relevanten Bereichen • idealerweise Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Kenntnisse in IT-Architekturen
