At DataGalaxy, each employee brings unique knowledge, skills, and viewpoints that create a truly well-rounded team. • About the Role: As an Engineering Manager for the Scan Team, you will focus on leading the technical aspects of our Scan solution, ensuring that it remains at the cutting edge of innovation and performance. • Responsibilities: Guide and support a team of engineers in implementing high-quality, reliable, and scalable Scan solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership role, with a strong focus on technical leadership and project management in a development-focused team. • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET and Kotlin programming languages, as well as experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud technologies (like kubernetes). • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues in a timely manner. • Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing data pipelines, database performance, and processing speed for large-scale applications. • Agility & Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive attitude towards team success.
