📋 Description

• The Sr. Data Architect role will be a Contract to Hire Role and will play a pivotal role in integrating diverse data sources into production-ready data models to support organizational goals. • This position demands strong collaboration with business and technical teams to align with business strategies and objectives, ensuring requirements are fulfilled throughout the entire data and analytics lifecycle. • Gather and understand business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable data architecture plans. • Design and implement multidimensional and tabular data models to support analytics initiatives. • Define and enforce best practices for database design, ETL/ELT development, and optimization. • Lead and direct the development of ETL processes, ensuring adherence to optimization and scheduling best practices. • Create architectural designs to guide solution development across systems, applications, and processes. • Document solution architecture and perform design and analysis work to achieve business objectives. • Collaborate across teams to drive business impact through technical solutions, aligning infrastructure and solutions with business success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience or 11+ years of total experience. • Proven experience in roles such as Data Architect, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst, with mandatory experience in healthcare or insurance services. • Expertise in data warehousing, data architecture, data vault, and business intelligence. • Cloud-based project implementation experience (Microsoft Azure, Snowflake preferred). • Knowledge of data pipelines and modern data platforms. • Proficiency in enterprise data management technologies (ETL tools, SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, data lakes, and master data management solutions). • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. • Understanding of data lifecycle management, data quality principles, and security best practices. • Preferred experience in Microsoft Azure BI and Analytics Stack and Snowflake. • Hands-on experience with data warehouse modeling methodologies. • Predictive analytics, data mining, and machine learning experience (nice to have). • Familiarity with real-time and large-batch data pipelines. • Knowledge of FHIR standards.
