• Renders correct concepts and meanings between language and English. • Provides strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation. • Employs good customer service and communication skills. • Follows instructions for clients and manages the flow of the call. • Remains calm during calls, especially in emergency situations. • Remains punctual and available during scheduled work hours. • Ensures access to the internet for work-related electronic communication. • Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (Including night shifts).
• High Schools degree or equivalent. • Native Fluency in English and Language Certification Required – B2/HSK4 • Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics of language. • Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills to maintain accuracy. • Ability to concentrate and remain neutral and objective. • Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication.
