• About Us • Our mission at dataplor is to comprehensively map and understand every commercial location on the planet. • We provide insights on every merchant in the world, covering 350M+ businesses and places, empowering organizations with high-quality location intelligence to drive strategic decision-making. • After more than doubling our revenue last year, we closed a Series B round of funding. • We are excited to grow the team and take this rocketship to the next level! • Role Overview • We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build our next-generation web platform using Ruby, PostgreSQL, and Next.js. • You’ll work across the stack—from database to API to frontend—delivering user-facing features that are performant, scalable, and thoughtfully designed. • This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team at a critical stage in our journey. • You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design to shape the user experience and build the foundation of a platform that supports meaningful long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• The ability to ship well crafted technical solutions. • Comfortable working in a startup environment: wearing multiple hats, working autonomously, and moving quickly. • A product mindset: you care about the user, not just the code. • 3+ years of experience in full stack engineering roles. • Deep knowledge of Ruby (Rails or similar frameworks). • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL—writing queries, designing schemas, and optimizing performance. • Frontend experience using Next.js, React, or a similar component-based JavaScript framework. • Strong communication skills—able to work cross-functionally and explain complex ideas clearly.
