โข Minimum 2+ yearsโ experience in ServiceMax โข Total 8+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies โข Minimum 3+ years in Agile and DevOps development โข Create SFMs, custom objects, workflows, triggers, flows, lightning components, Visualforce Pages, custom integrations, SOQL and SOSL queries and web services. โข Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com/ServiceMax platform, using Apex programming language. โข Work data feeds to and from SAP and other systems and other ETL tools. โข In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax application administration; security models, sharing rules, standard/custom objects, Validation and workflow rules, reports/dashboards, and release management and sandbox environments โข Experience with Territory assignment, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules โข Experience with Data Loader technologies โข In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Knowledge, and Com
