• As a UX Specialist, your role will focus on understanding customer needs, translating requirements into actionable design solutions, and driving user-centered improvements. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, and customer success—to ensure our products offer a great experience while aligning with security standards. • Conduct user research, create personas, map user journeys, and design flows to guide product development. • Advocate for a user-first approach throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that every feature aligns with the overall user experience.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining product documentation, user stories, and UX specifications. • Strong ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable design and technical tasks. • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Sketch, Jira, and Confluence. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate UX decisions. • A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Ability to think holistically about the user journey, while drilling down into specific pain points and opportunities for improvement.
