Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a data role (Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, etc.) • 3+ years hands-on experience with dbt, a modern Data Warehouse like Snowflake or BigQuery and Kimball modelling • 2+ years experience leading technical teams and managing individual’s careers • Ability to work within an Agile framework (user stories, backlogs, sprints …) • Experience with managing relationships (partners, clients, prospects, etc.) • Previous consulting experience • Proven analysis and problem-solving skills • Stellar listening, speaking, presentation, and writing skills • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements • Empathy and a positive attitude • Complete alignment with our culture of transparency, empathy, accountability and performance.
