🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience including multiple years in leadership, managing individual contributors, building teams from scratch and leading large high impact customer go lives and multiphase integration rollouts. • Passionate about building a business that transforms the healthcare industry. • Hunger to win. • Can both “lead” and “do”. • Ambitious, tenacious, and gets things done. • Comfortable making hard decisions and move quickly. • Noted as one of the best problem solvers in your organization. • Experience managing a highly functioning team of customer facing engineers. • Several years of experience with AWS, Airflow, Python, SQL, and API integrations. • Highly organized and reliable; brings structure to complexity. • Experience with Healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR or writing proprietary integrations.
