• Datavant is a data platform company and the world’s leader in health data exchange. • Our vision is that every healthcare decision is powered by the right data, at the right time, in the right format. • The Provider Practice Coding Consultant role is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of medical coding. • You will provide essential consulting services and educational support, guiding healthcare professionals on improved coding practices. • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as clients and healthcare leaders, you'll meet and exceed customer expectations through identifying and proposing solutions, and being a responsible and reliable teammate.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of profee coding experience. • AHIMA certified credentials (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) or AAPC certified credentials (CPC, CPC-H, COC, CIC or CRC). • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adeptness in remote work, and exceptional time management skills. • Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software. • Required to take and pass annual Introductory HIPAA examination and other assigned testing to be given annually
