Description

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of a world-class IAM program and IT security platform. • Lead a cross functional team transforming IAM architecture to be scalable and future-ready. • Champion IT security initiatives, safeguarding workstations, productivity software, and end-user systems. • Elevate security posture and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IAM and IT security leadership roles, with a track record of successfully building and managing programs. • Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST and HITRUST certification programs. • Strong knowledge of IAM and IT Security technologies, tools, and best practices. • Experience with IAM and IT Security architecture design and implementation. • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
