Description

• Datavant is a data logistics company for healthcare • Responsible for designing and implementing IAM infrastructure • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and leaders • Vital in supporting organization’s growth and technical environment advancement • Identifying business needs/requirements and creating designs • Partner with other IAM Engineers establishing overall standards • Thought leader for IAM vision for architecture and environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience • Ten (10) years or more of experience in IAM architecture/engineering • Enterprise level Knowledge of IAM tooling, modeling of infrastructure • Expert knowledge of IAM-related areas of technology • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business needs • A technical source of knowledge to continuously review, evaluate and improve systems/processes • Expert knowledge of IAM compliance and audit • Expertise relating to the design and development of information technology architectures • Show expert-level troubleshooting capabilities • Have effective communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds • Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team • Work with team through SCRUM/Agile processes • Excited about rapidly growing company and able to juggle many projects • Great communication, prioritization, and project management skills • The ability to advocate for a position while maintaining a collaborative approach
