• Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and live chat to convert inquiries into business opportunities. • Promote and sell our products and services by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions. • Assist clients with account setup, ensuring all necessary documentation (KYC) is completed efficiently. • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brand identity. • Track client activities and market conditions, offering insights and assistance as needed. • Resolve client queries related to accounts, funding, and withdrawals. • Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client needs. • Keep the CRM database updated with all client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to drive engagement. • Report issues to management and work with the team to find effective solutions.
• Native / fluent in Farsi both verbal and written (C2 level). • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level). • Previous experience in a same / similar role within the FX / iGaming / financial sector / FinTech. • Already pre-settled in Turkey with ability to work under Services Agreement. • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps. • Ability to work under pressure and face constant challenges. • Team Player with a strong work ethic. • Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadlines. • The ability to travel, as per business needs.
