Description

• Evaluate sales calls and customer interactions for quality, compliance, and consistency. • Develop and update quality assurance criteria, benchmarks, and best practices. • Provide feedback to sales reps and conduct coaching sessions to improve performance. • Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and enhance sales effectiveness. • Generate QA reports, analyze data for trends, and provide actionable insights. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales quality and efficiency. • Communicate quality standards and updates to sales teams and management. • Maintain records of QA activities and ensure documentation is up to date. • Utilize QA tools to monitor sales quality and recommend process enhancements. • Drive sales growth through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights. • Support clients with technical integrations as needed.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. • Additional fluency in French, Italian, OR Spanish would be considered an advantage. • 2+ years of experience coaching and developing sales professionals. • Expertise in designing and implementing quality assurance processes, programs, and evaluation rubrics. • Preferred experience in software vendors, IT services, SaaS, or system integration sectors. • Proficient in CRM software, with a focus on managing leads and opportunities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients via phone, email, and video. • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making. • Outstanding time management and prioritization skills. • Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments. • Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term demands with long-term goals.
