β’ Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives to identify opportunities and deliver solutions utilizing programmatic media tools. β’ Develop collaborative strategies that drive investments in display and video, optimizing resources across different functions to create tailored sales approaches, narratives, and gather feedback for product development. β’ Stay informed on the evolving programmatic landscape, serving as a thought leader for clients and guiding them through emerging advertising opportunities. β’ Provide comprehensive account analysis to ensure clients achieve their performance goals. β’ Lead platform training, media planning, and execution of display, third-party video, and connected TV campaigns. β’ Educate clients on the changing privacy landscape, ensuring they are prepared for future success.
β’ Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. β’ Fluent in English (at least B2 level) β’ Minimum 2+ years in Digital Marketing Operations, including content, campaign management, and optimization. β’ Ability to work independently with great attention to detail. β’ Proactively communicate issues and seek solutions. β’ Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, string functions, logical functions, and pivot tables. β’ Hands-on experience with digital programmatic buying, using demand-side platforms (DSPs) for large-scale clients for at least 2+ years. β’ Experience working with multiple DSPs is preferred. β’ Experience with integrating programmatic platforms, sales, and ad-serving systems. β’ Familiarity with both digital and traditional/offline media agencies and understanding of the market landscape. β’ Experience working with clients on advertising products or martech/adtech, including pitching solutions, consulting, or product demonstrations. β’ Strong relationship management skills, with experience influencing at executive leadership levels. β’ Excellent project management skills, overseeing multiple projects executed by support teams, and the ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects. β’ Strong business problem-solving approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively. β’ Proficiency in the DV360 platform is required.
