📋 Description
• Educator II/ Team Lead supports the delivery, evaluation and management of learning programs. • Provides an impactful learning experience and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization by managing and delivering new hire role-based training and other professional/personal development training. • Works collaboratively with teammates, project partners, and leaders to develop, test, and maintain training courses, materials, and tools to improve the efficiency of business operations. • Drives the analysis and interpretation of the evaluation data. • Creates and maintains the Curriculum Plan.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be an RS2 or above to apply • High School diploma • Highly organized, detail-oriented with a self-starter approach • Strong organization and time-management skills • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written) • The ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and the aptitude to respond effectively to sensitive and confidential information using discretion and judgment is essential to handle the responsibilities of the position
