Description

• Support the new DaaP team as an experienced Sr Product Manager. • Focus on creating processes and managing development of complex data products to enhance data availability and improve operational efficiency. • Drive data product strategy and oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in regulated environments. • Define vision and strategy for DaaP team, aligning with overall organizational goals. • Lead mentoring and recruiting of a high-performing data team with a culture of innovation. • Establish agile processes for product development, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on data product initiatives. • Design innovative data products that meet user needs and regulatory standards. • Measure product success and analyze performance to provide recommendations. • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or product management within the healthcare industry. • Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams, with experience in agile methodologies. • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance regulations specific to the healthcare sector. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and product improvement. • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and practices, including interoperable systems and electronic health records (EHR). • Experience with tools and technologies relevant to data products and analytics.
