• Responsible for the implementation of new or updating existing business systems and processes • Coordinate multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Produces detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, communications, use cases, and user stories • Solves problems related to a business system by outlining potential drivers and forming a hypothesis-based approach • Develop requirements by collaborating with business leaders • Build collaborative relationships with all stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant experience – Required • Bachelor’s Degree – Required • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study OR applicable work experience -Required • Master’s degree – Preferred • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including complex analytical modeling & insight generation – Required • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences – Preferred • Commitment to DaVita’s Core Values – Required • Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle – Preferred
