Description

• Conduct training sessions that empower our teammates to confidently navigate and utilize the technology and tools vital to their success. • Create and continually improve instructional materials, including e-learning courses and job aids, to enhance the learning experience and accommodate various learning styles. • Implement various instructional strategies to ensure active participation and understanding, adapting as necessary to meet the diverse needs of our learners. • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, using this data to make ongoing improvements that drive better outcomes. • Keep up with the latest training and instructional design trends, incorporating innovative methods and tools to keep our programs fresh and engaging.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong preference for those focusing on technology and digital tools. • A team player who works well with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, and other departments to ensure that training aligns with our organizational goals. • Proven ability to design and deliver content that meets the diverse needs of learners, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand and engaging. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while consistently maintaining a high standard of quality. • As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a brief training session on a selected topic. • To apply for this position, please submit a portfolio of your previous instructional design work.
