• The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes. • Engage with clients, drive feature enhancements, and integrate cloud applications for seamless operations. • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementation including configuration and workflow automation. • Deliver secure and scalable applications following best practices in ITIL and ServiceNow development. • Provide training, support, and ongoing platform optimization to clients.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery and ServiceNow implementations. • Extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow scripting. • Background in Asset Management, CMDB, and ServiceNow Orchestration. • Preferred certifications: Certified ServiceNow Application Developer, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL Foundation Certification (a plus).
